Well, I'm just going to come out and say it....I was so over the boring yellow with black text and clipart 'Baby On Board' signs that EVERYONE has on their cars. I refused to own one...THAT one especially. But after shopping around for weeks, it was clear that I wasn't going to find what I was looking for.

Being a graphic designer and, back then, a soon-to-be first time mom, I was 30 weeks pregnant and determined to design my own personalized 'Baby on Board' decal for my car before this baby made his debut.

 The first Baby on a Board decal, “Baby on a SurfBoard,” was inspired by my surf junkie husband. I wanted it to be personal, colorful, yet simple and straight forward. I designed my first baby with a medium skin tone, no clothes or diaper, sitting on a surfboard with hawaiian turtles underwater beneath the baby. Most importantly I wanted the baby to have a cute bum.

Because their faces are not fully shown, it allows you to use your imagination and see your own baby without the limitation of  facial characteristics.

              Over the weeks, more and more people asked where I got my decal and                                        unfortunately couldn't tell them a website or place to order one from...til now.
